Violations and corrections

Creatives that violate the content policies are rejected or have approval revoked, with a reason recorded in the review history. They cannot be selected, billed as new impressions, or reused from a validated SDK cache.

Correcting a creative

Read the reason in campaign details. Correct the content, destination, category, disclaimer or supporting references and save. This creates a new revision that must pass review before serving. Enabling or resuming a campaign does not bypass review.

If the issue concerns the review itself, contact support with the creative ID and revision. A formal appeal workflow and response-time guarantees are not implemented.

Existing activity

Revocation does not delete historical impressions, clicks or conversions. Content already delivered cannot be recalled. The current SDK checks eligibility before each cache reuse; integrations on older SDK versions must upgrade.

Enforcement boundaries

Automated strikes, automatic account bans, suspensions for fixed durations, fines and balance confiscation are not implemented by this review flow. Human reviewers make content decisions with reasons; financial penalties are not part of P1.
